Noelle Callahan is a government relations strategist with more than a decade of experience on Capitol Hill, focused on health policy, coalition development, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked across federal policy environments to advance public health and healthcare reform initiatives, with a focus on chronic disease prevention and patient-centered health policy.

 

Her work with Children’s Health Defense centered on health policy and government relations advocacy, supporting policy efforts focused on children’s health, chronic disease prevention, and parental rights during the COVID-19 era.

 

She has experience building coalitions that bring together policymakers, healthcare professionals, advocacy organizations, and community stakeholders to support health policy initiatives. Her work includes policy strategy and engagement across federal and healthcare policy areas.

 

As Policy Manager at White Coat Waste Project, she supported bipartisan advocacy efforts on federal research policy and government spending oversight, including efforts to reduce and eliminate taxpayer-funded animal experimentation. She was recognized as a finalist for the Women in Government Relations Excellence in Advocacy Awards.
