ABC Coding Solutions Launches eClaim.biz to Facilitate Alternative, CPT and HCPCS Coding

Albuquerque, NM - ABC Coding Solutions (formerly Alternative Link) announces the launch of eClaim.biz, an online claim service that includes ABC codes. ABC codes fill gaps in coding for licensed physicians and other healthcare practitioners such as advanced practice nurses, mental and behavioral health practitioners holistic physicians, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. These and many other non-physician practitioners represent more than 80% of all healthcare caregivers in the United States.

ABC codes are allowed for processing electronic claims under a government exception granted in 2003 as an optional code set under HIPAA. www.eClaim.biz is the only online claim application that allows users to choose CPT®, HCPCS II and/or ABC codes to document and bill for care. The Web-hosted application will be available May 2006.
